Cornelius, NC Cleaning Services
Cleaning Company in Cornelius, NC
The Local Cleaning Company Cornelius and Lake Norman Residents Trust
Coley Clean Co is a background checked, owner-operated cleaning company serving Cornelius homes with deep cleaning, recurring maintenance, move in move out cleaning, and cleaning service gift cards.
Your Local Cleaning Company for Cornelius Living
Cornelius homes come in two flavors: lake and land, and both need different care. We clean waterfront houses along Jetton Road and in The Peninsula that collect pollen and lake dust on screened porches, as well as traditional single-family homes and townhomes in Antiquity, Cornelius Park, and the streets off Westmoreland Road that fill up fast with family traffic.
Boat season brings sand, sunscreen, and extra laundry into homes near the Cornelius Yacht Club and the public boat ramps off Catawba Avenue, which means floors and entryways need more attention from spring through fall. We also see a steady need for recurring house cleaning from Cornelius families commuting into Charlotte via Exit 28 off I-77, who want a clean home waiting for them without spending a weekend on it.
Whether your house sits a block from the historic Cornelius cotton mill district downtown or backs up to Lake Norman itself, our team adjusts the cleaning plan to the home, not the other way around.

Common Questions
Frequently Asked Questions for Cornelius Cleaning Services
Here's what Cornelius homeowners ask most often before scheduling with us.
Do you clean gated communities like The Peninsula or Antiquity?
Yes. We regularly serve gated neighborhoods throughout Cornelius. Just provide your gate code or add our team to the approved visitor list ahead of your scheduled visit, and we'll take care of the timing on our end.
What's included in apartment move out cleaning?
Our apartment move out cleaning covers everything inside cabinets, drawers, closets, the oven, and the refrigerator, plus baseboards, door frames, and interior windows. It's built to meet move out checklists for apartments and condos across Cornelius and the Lake Norman area.
Can I buy a cleaning service gift card for someone in Cornelius?
Yes. A cleaning service gift card makes an easy housewarming cleaning gift or a thoughtful gesture for a new homeowner, a new parent, or anyone who could use their weekend back. Visit our Gift Cards & Referrals page to see your options.
Do you offer pre listing cleaning for homes going on the market?
We do. Pre listing cleaning helps Cornelius homes photograph beautifully and show well to buyers touring the lake area, and it pairs well with our real estate cleaning partnerships for local realtors preparing a listing.
How far ahead should we schedule recurring house cleaning?
Many Cornelius clients book their first recurring visit two to three weeks out, especially during peak lake season when schedules fill quickly. Once you're set up on a weekly, biweekly, or monthly plan, your spot stays reserved automatically.

What Cornelius Homeowners Say About Our Cleaning Services
- ★★★★★
We had them do a move out clean for my apartment in South End. They did a great job with the tub and shower. Everything looks brand new and we will absolutely use them again!
David G - ★★★★★
Exceptional service. Anyone needing residential or Airbnb cleanings done, I recommend hiring Coley Clean Co. The owner truly cares about the job and the customer support is elite, unlike a lot of franchises in the area where you're just a number, here you're not. If you're looking for a reliable cleaning company, you should definitely give the owner Boone a call!
Emily Williams - ★★★★★
Cole has been going above and beyond to help us manage our Airbnb. Cleanings are done right, and even documents with images between guests. We’re two cleanings in so far and I highly recommend him.
